endless_fantasy Hi @prettyshopper ! I received an email from poshmark support about an hour and a half ago that you received the wrong item and it looks like I accidentally mixed up your order with another customers. I am so incredibly sorry that this happened and I am contacting Poshmark to try and fix it asap!!

prettyshopper So glad you wrote me, I didn't know how to message you. I am super upset about the whole situation, I have mailed out the vest but the other lady has not mailed my top. I don't have a printer so I had to pay to print the shipping label, and package it up, and mail out the package. They refund what I paid today, but I feel I deserve a credit for all my trouble, if I am not going to get my shirt. But I really just want the denim top!

endless_fantasy @prettyshopper I know I'm so incredibly sorry, I feel so awful about this entire situation and I will do everything that I can to make sure it never happens again. I spoke to the other buyer today, as she had asked if you had shipped out the vest, and I asked if she had shipped out your top and I haven't heard a response yet. Although when this first took place on the 16th, she told me she was shipping it out the very next day. Once I hear back and get an official status, I'll let you know ASAP.

prettyshopper Taylchrs I would really just like to return it. However, when I went on to file a claim it wouldn't let me, even though it hasn't been 3 days since I received it. I wrote customer support for help. I would call it a bright orange, and I just cannot wear that color.
