savvygirlsstyle @prettylildoe unfortunately, it is not. I was very excited to receive the purse but as soon as I saw it, there were multiple scratches all over the gold lock part. There are very clear signs of wear. The condition was not as described.

prettylildoe @savvygirlsstyle it left my hands in perfect condition. If there were a few scratches on the latch, it wasn't my doing. I like all my poshers to be happy. I am always honest in all of my listings and have never had any issues. Again, I apologize, but it left my home in perfect condition.

prettylildoe @savvygirlsstyle and I get why you would be upset! It has happened to me before, and I understand. If you would like a refund I will be happy to give you one. Or even if perhaps you would like another item to make up for it in my closet, go ahead and pick something. I'm a cool posher, and I want everyone happy. Sorry that I block you after I message you, but I have witnessed some arguments but I feel like you won't do that.
