sgalamay Hi Brianna, It’s your buyer sgalamay. I received the package but is not what I ordered. What came in the packaged was a pasley design grey shirt, I think it’s a shirt. Didn’t open the plastic cover. I ordered kids/girls clothing 4 or 5 pieces and a pink knee tummy tuck legging. Please advise what I need to do to return the wrong item. Thank you.

besito_ Please accept my sincere apology for having to cancel your order. As I prepared your items to ship, I noticed a small tear on the seam of the dress. I cannot ship the item in this condition.The most important thing is that all my items ship in excellent condition and unfortunately this item has a flaw now . I am not sure how the tear occurred.I will be taking the dress back to Nordstrom so their in-house tailor can hopefully repair it. Once again, I do apologize for any inconvenience.

shamrock6814 Hi! You just made an offer on a large bundle of candles. I put them together and weighed them. They were 12 pounds. Poshmark does not even make a label for that weight. I’m going to have to decline but if you’d like to put them in different bundles, that would work.
