lilac_ladybug Hi @bmracoos. can you please open a return case on the Talbots Cardigan you ordered from me? I inadvertently sent the wrong item. I let you know ahead of time before it was delivered as soon as I realized the error, and again as soon as it showed delivered on Sunday. If a return case isn't opened in the next 24 hours your funds will automatically be released and I will be unable to send you the correct item or send the item you received to the correct buyer.

I have reached out to you multiple times and have not received any response or acknowledgement. I still have your cardigan here all packed up. I cannot send it to you until I hear back from you.

lilac_ladybug @bmracoos thanks for getting back to me. poshmar automatically completes the sale 3 days after delivery if no problems are reported but if you can get them to reopen a return case I'll tell them to approve it. if not I'll work something out with you. hope your trip was good
