lalla08 @euro28 Hi, I just received your 4 Star review and I’m a little in shock!! The Kate Spade shoes were in excellent like new condition and were packaged with care, and shipped accordingly. I don’t think I have any control how the Post Office handles packages!! I’m sorry your package came distorted. euro28 @lalla08 I’m sorry to hear your disappointment. The shoes were in great condition. But the box only if u saw it, was filthy and it was ripped and taped... as if it was reused several times bend in several places and was over in ugly shape. I was disappointed to see my purchase at first in the condition as if it was a $5 item, and even though. I rated based on my expression at first.
