hi, why was my order cancelled? I waited a year for you to return, when you got in touch with me, we worked out a price and you sent me the offer. but after excepting a few days later without a response, it says cancelled. what is the problem?

@hope_star Hey!! There was a mix-up, and it looks like the item that you ordered may have accidentally gotten added to our donation pile while we were moving!! I have one other place I can try checking for it at the end of this week, but I didn't want to keep you waiting any longer if I truly no longer have it!
