christina_bonk Hi Brianna, I wanted to reach out because I noticed the tracking # shows that the item is available for pickup. However I also noted that the tracking info shows that the box is now damaged. It doesn’t specify what type of damage and how minimal, but please let me know the conditions in which you receive it. I take extra precautions, as I wrapped the item in bubble wrap, cute tissue paper, gift, and a note. Please let me know when you pick up the package. I hope everything is ok! 🤞🏻🤞🏻Thank you

I had to message you immediately once I saw the tracking info. I’ll take any steps needed to make it right if you receive it in poor conditions.
