giantsssbabe @goodbcg thanks for reaching out. Okay go to your purchased items and don’t accept item. Press the problems/issues button. Once you do that hit item damaged. Write down items has rips/tears then they will contact you with return label. It’s like a 2 days process do it today because it’s the last day to receive return. Let me know if you have other questions and I’m sorry.
