@bumplebri hello Brianna, I am sorry that you feel disappointed in your Patricia Nash wallet and think it’s some sort of plastic. I guarantee that it is made of fine leather and perhaps you could read the label inside the wallet as proof of this. As far as rating ME down for doing something wrong, I feel that is unjust and your anger at me for something you don’t like. I take my job very seriously and have a perfect rating. If I made a mistake, I would like to know what it was. Thanks
