shawnas8967 Good Afternoon, You just purchased a quilted vest from me. Brand new w/tags. As I was getting ready to package it for mail today, I tried the zipper just to make sure that it is working. I tried several times but I cannot get it to zip up. If you are willing to wait a day or two for me to ship the vest, I can try to get the zipper repaired for you. Please let me know what you want to do. I'm not sure if this is the appropriate way to contact you on Poshmark. I couldn't find another way.

I will ask my boyfriend when he gets home from work. He can fix anything. If he cannot fix it, I will inquire at the local tailor/dry cleaner. If it is too much $ to fix, I will gladly refund your purchase. My apologies. It is a brand new, never worn vest. I will be in touch soon. Thanks for your patience!

Just be very careful zipping it up so it does not get caught in the fabric lining. I will mail the vest Monday. If the zipper stops working, please let me know right away and I’ll refund you $20 and you can keep the vest if you want. Have a nice weekend!

I received a confirmation from the USPS but just checked the tracking # they provided & it's not showing any updated info. I created a listing in my closet with photos of all pertinent info(it's titled BRIANNE). Please go to my closet and look for it so you can see all evidence and move forward as you wish. Again, my sincerest apology. BTW, I have family in Rumson❣
