pepepizzazz @brizzyanne87 I hope u don't mind me asking, but i noticed how much ur eyes stand out in this pic, and wondered what kind of liner u use on ur lower lid?? I never can seem to get it right. The liquid, i can never do straight on bottom, and the pencil ALWAYS makes a smudgie mess on me.
