mrslovebacon I have a question. You recently sold an item to a girl on here by the name of book girl Liz. She complained that your Lularoe item smelled of perfume. Did she ever file a claim against you? The only reason I ask, is I just sold a dress to her this past week and she's filed a claim stating it wasn't as described and it was. It was BNWT and as described. I'm just wondering if this is a frequent problem with her??? Sorry to bother you, I'm just annoyed with her claim.

briecollr @mrslovebacon I contacted her directly. She did not. She not open a claim. I think she may have been confused about the item I sold to her. I have chemical and fragrance allergies and have wear a mask if I leave my home, which is rare. She stated she loved the item and that the scent must have been an essential oil. (?) There are no scents in our home. None. I'm sorry to hear about your issue. Please let me know if I can assist you with any supporting documentation.

mrslovebacon @briecollr I'm just frustrated because she never attempted to contact me directly and hasn't stated what the issue was. Other than filing a claim that said it wasn't as described which it was :(
