derinda Good morning. I am sure you aren’t aware that Poshmark takes 20% of our price for items over $15. Under that, they take $3.00. We have to purchase the item (the cost, we never recover) we buy our shipping and packing supplies. Gas to and from the post office. I wash everything in Tide and Downy and of course the gas and electricity for that. I iron too. It takes a lot of time to take pictures, describe the items for you. Your $6 off on an $8 top just doesn’t leave enough meat on the bone for me.

stacigo Hi, you purchased a denim jacket from me and I don't know what happened. Showing accepted at post office and I don't see further movement?? Very frustrating! I hope you get it! I am keeping an eye on the progress and it was supposed to be to you monday january 24!!

stacigo @b_nugent94 do you have to file for a refund? I don't understand what happened the other item that I shipped at the same time got to the person it has to be a post office issue. 😢 I've never had this happen when shipping an item.

b_nugent94 @stacigo I’m holding out hope that they find it, but unfortunately I can’t ask for a refund because the shipping was confirmed. It only allows it when it’s been 2 weeks and the order hasn’t shipped yet

stacigo @b_nugent94 That doesn’t sound right at all, do you want me to refund your money? I don’t know how I would do it or if they even allow it , but that’s not fair for you! It’s out there somewhere I shipped two packages at the same time the other person got theirs.
