lalla08 @bchelseacox The regular shipping fee is $6.79 when I lowered the price it dropped to $4.99. Usually you supposed to get a price drop notification when you liked an item, I double checked and you did like the item so you should’ve gotten the $4.99 shipping.

sb_emporium @bchelseacox Poshmark looked up the label and tracking number. Here it is: 9405510899359838767307 However, they say that the label was never used. Can you please double check that the item was returned, and if so, how was it returned? Or is there any possibility it is still sitting somewhere waiting to go out? I’m sorry that this small mistake on my part has turned into an ordeal. It should have been really simple using the labels they provided both of us.

bchelseacox @sb_emporium I printed the return label that was sent to me, attached to a purple padded envelope. Placed the package in the drop box at my local post office like I always do. Hope this helps.

sb_emporium @bchelseacox The whole thing is perplexing. The package never started tracking and wasn’t ever delivered... there’s absolutely no record of it. I just don’t know. I guess I’m just going to take a loss on it. :-(
