mittens_kittens @brides_on_adime David's bridal is a national reputable company,they would never sell an altered gown,maybe your seamstress needs to contact David's bridal. It was true to size when I purchased it. It had been tried on,but never worn.

rethaalexander Houston, we had a problem. 😂. As I was getting the dresses together, I couldn’t find the House of Wu dress. I looked in both places I store them and still didn’t see it. There is a possibility it was sold last year and I didn’t catch it. But..

rethaalexander I replaced it with two Alfred Angelo dresses, one size 12 and one size 10. Both are on here and I actually like them better than the other one. I’m really sorry. If I do find it I will also send it to you free of charge. I also added in a couple things that converts a strapless into cap/ 3/4 sleeves with a keyhole back.

rethaalexander They are from Alfred Angelo also, both lace. One is cap sleeved and one is 3/4 sleeve. The tags are on them that show their size. I just hate I couldn’t find that other dress. Most of mine in the sale last year had the designer in the computer but a few didn’t. Two without designer names sold so it could have been one of them.

rethaalexander The two dresses I put in to replace the one I couldn’t find are styles 543 and 9011 so you can look them up and see the style. The 543 has the style number in my listing but the other one doesn’t. Both are ivory. I’m sending them out tomorrow. Would have been yesterday had I not been searching everywhere for that dress. 😕

rethaalexander Please let me know if they charge you more for shipping. I’ll reimburse if they do. My daughter took it in and I told her if it weighed more than 10lbs to pay the difference, but they wouldn’t let her. They said it would be deducted from my account but I don’t think it will. Just wanted to give you a heads up just in case.

rethaalexander Hey there. I wanted to check in with you and see if what I sent to replace the one dress was ok? If not, let me know and we will work to make it better. As it turns out, that was the only dress out of 350 that I missed and I’m so sorry that happened. To be honest, I like the two dresses I sent better than the other one but still, would have preferred to send what you originally wanted.

brides_on_adime @rethaalexander I'm so sorry but we are just disappointed in all of the dresses in this grouping. They are even a different color of fabric that actually looks purple to us. The one gown looks more like a bridesmaid gown than a wedding gown because there's no train. If at all possible we would like to just return them Hun. Let us know what you can do. Thank you.

rethaalexander @brides_on_adime That’s strange. They are all Alfred Angelos standard ivory, except the one that is blush, but if you’re not satisfied then I would definitely rather you return them. The one dress is actually from their bridesmaid line. I ordered 5 or 6 bridesmaids styles in ivory to have a few simpler dresses for brides looking to spend under $200. We had a lot of beach weddings where I was so simple dresses were in high demand. I’ll probably just redesign that one when I get it back.
