davidhinkel @bridgesmitty hey there. What a lot of us do is contact the seller directly and discuss an issue with them instead of opening a case on it at least I do. I’ve had two items come to me damaged and the seller has always made it right just as I intend to. Seriously had no idea there was a small hole in the armpit of the sweatshirt so if there’s anything else you would like from my closet I’d be happy to send you comparable in price to make up for the damaged item as a gesture of good faith.

davidhinkel @bridgesmitty hey I didn't mean to come across as abrasive if I did. Meant no disrespect at all! You received a product that wasn't in the condition you were under the impression it was so no fault in following standard procedures. Just feel like an ass for not catching it. I'm going to take it to a family member that is a professional seamstress and see if she can repair it or if she thinks it's not in a good location that it would hold up in the long run.
