melonieham Hi again I have another question about the AirPod charging case I purchased from you in June. Since I discovered that I ordered the wrong case, I reposhed them. Now that buyer says it’s still linked to the previous owners Apple ID. I contacted Poshmark CS and they said they can’t really do anything. I am so sorry this has been so difficult but can you please see what you can do? At the least, reopen the conversation so we can trouble shoot this privately?

bbmehl We can do anything needed to take our account off the case. I dont know what else to do, it seems Apple is making this more difficult than needed. We have a different AirPod case with our account so it should not show we still have this older item

bbmehl my daughter had already gone on her account online and took off the other ipods and changed to the new case. not sure what else can possibly be done on our end
