Hello I am reaching out to you abput an order you placed with my for a jacket. I have discovered that your jacket was mixed up with a pair of pant ordered buy another buyer. I am contacting poshmark to arrange fixing this mix up. They should be in contact with you soon. Once youi get the package, the wrong one with the pants, they will give you a label and then the correct items will be able to get to the right place. I am so sorry for this mix up and any trouble it may cause.

@bjvian You should hear from them soon. They state response time as 24/48 hours. Normal what happens is that you and the buyer who has your order will get a message from poshmark and in that message they send a shipping label so as that you can simply switch with each other.
