rinnellserae Hi, just want to know if there is anything I can do to improve your customer experience with me? I made sure to clean and sanitize all items I ship to my customers. I tired to package. It really well since it was a highlighter. Please let me know

rinnellserae @bridgetcshannon I apologize about that. It had to of happen during the shipping process. I tried to ensure that all products are packaged well but USPS can be rough. Is there any other item around the same price you would like free of charge from my closet?
