gigioscloset @melges24 hello, you would have to open a case for the purchase and provide pictures of the item. Poshmark then looks over your case and provides you with a return shipping label for your item. After the seller receives the item you get a refund, this is only if the item has damage that wasn’t disclosed etc.

gigioscloset @melges24 go into your purchases and tap on the item in question, it will lead you through the whole process but you must not have accepted the purchase yet to open a case.

poshingpaula Hi Bridget, Poshmark contacted me and said you need to contact them for your refund on the shoes. I have also asked they be returned.Poshmark will issue a return label. Again I apologize for the defective shoes and any inconvenience. Paula

poshingpaula @melges24 That's okay that you accepted them. You'll need to notify Poshmark tell them that it was defective and you'd like to have a refund. Also tell them you need a return label issued. Again I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

poshingpaula I just pulled up poshmark's refund policy and it says within 3 days to return something and what's return history returned within 5 days. Let me send these others to you and if there's a problem you can get in touch with Poshmark and then they'll issue a refund.
