bcoyne412 Hi Stephanie, I just received the eyeliner. How old is this eyeliner? It’s really dried out and doesn’t spread on. I’ve been using this brand and color for years and even the old one I threw out went on smoother than this. I’m sorry but this eyeliner is not in good condition.
