pinetreeposh Hi Bridgett! I see your package was delivered, but it looks like a bag and not,boots? Could you please open it and if it is not your boots then please open a claim with poshmark to get your money back as i may have accidentally switched orders with another posher! I am SO SORRY! please let me know.

pinetreeposh @bridgett_horton oh I am so glad you received your boots! I definitely messed up then and sent you someone else's package. I believe Poshmark may send you a label to tape on the package and take to the post office. I am SO sorry for the inconvenience :/

pinetreeposh @bridgett_horton so to start the process can you please go on your page to "my purchases" click on the boots I sold you and then scroll down to "problems/order inquiry" and then send poshmark a message from there telling them you received a not intended second item? I am really sorry I wish I could handle it all so you didnt have to deal with it but Poshmark asked me to contact you about opening the case.
