jenn_rene @bgcannon81 The easiest way is to have them cancel out the order and then purchase the correct item. This will protect you in case they receive the item and then claim it wasn't the one they bought.

mrlnwalker Hello. I recently purchased the timberland boots from you. I was hoping you could provide me with some sort of proof of purchase. The polyurethane soles are undergoing hydrolysis and subsequently are crumbling to pieces. This is definitely of no fault of your own infrequent wear tends to speed up the process, but I would like to file a warranty claim through the timberland manufacturer. Thanks in advance for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you!

bgcannon81 @mrlnwalker hello. Oh no! They have been stored in vacuum sealed bags for at least a year. I bought them at the Timberland factory in SC. So I couldn’t even begin to tell you where the receipt is. If you want to send them back I can refund your money back. No worries. I didn’t even realize that they did that.
