mvz65 Can you please help. I've never ordered from poshmark. I ordered the demagorgon pandora charm. I was waiting for an update on it being shipped. I thought maybe I was suppose to click the order complete . I didn't know it was for after I received it. What do I do now? Can you still send me the charm or is it my fault for not knowing how this works. I've tried reaching out to you and customer support but I'm getting no response. Please help.

mvz65 I am so upset over this. I'vepaid you for an item that you never shipped. Your profile says ships within 3 days. I did not realize accept order meant I have received it. If you sold out of the item are you willing to send me some replacement. Please I'm not very bright and now I've spent my Grandaughters Christmas money on nothing. Please
