intocute Hi there! I received a message your shoes were received damaged. I don’t understand how this has happened bc they are new with the box and never worn. I even wrapped them in new pretty tissue paper so they don’t scuff each other.

megs_making Hey, I was a little disappointed at the rating you gave. I’ve never received 1 Star before. I washed the sneakers in the washing machine (on hot cycle!) before listing them to sell. So, I’m confused about item not being clean. I also photographed them well. I’m confused, how were they not as described? Item description & photos were accurate. I shipped it fast as well. Is there any chance you would be willing to edit your rating to improve it at all? I don’t think it was accurate.
