tangosandra Hello there. I sent you a message on my listing of the hat that you purchased but were not happy with. Not sure if you received it. Anyway I wanted to say I'm sorry that I didn't mention the scratches on the strap. I didn't see them is a big deal. When I purchased the hat online it arrived exactly how I sent it to you. Although I put a lot of care to pack it securely for you so that it arrived in good condition.

tangosandra I wasn't selling it because of the scratches but because it was too big for me. The only reason I didn't mention then is because I didn't think it was a big deal. Three stars feels like a harsh rating for this and I want to ask you to reconsider. I don't expect you to put a five if you're disappointed by the scratches, but I think a three is really low considering how nicely I packed it for you. If you feel in the goodness of your heart to do that I would appreciate it.
