justine_steph @biddyde Poshmark covers 5lbs that must be shipped using USPS priority envelopes or boxes - if your shipment is over 5lbs, then you have an option in the sold listing to pay for a label upgrade to accommodate excess weight. Buyers pay $6.49 shipping, but sellers have the option to eat either $1.49 or $4.99 of the shipping cost in order to offer discounts to all likers of an item - this will be clearer as you go through the process too

biddyde @justine_steph so I pack in a Priority box. It does not go in a flat rate box.

justine_steph @biddyde Priority flat-rate & non flat-rate, as long as it’s priority and not express, then USPS is supposed to take it. I have had certain employees give me trouble & hold-up the process because they don’t seem well-informed about Poshmark deliveries. I have an official letter now from USPS they sent in response to my complaints to tell the employees it’s ok- now Posh also has a small msg to USPS on the shipping label to tell them to accept it too

biddyde @justine_steph what I’m confused about as flat rate comes in different sizes. So I can use a large flat rate box with the label Posh will send me ?

justine_steph @biddyde Yes I’ve used small boxes and envelopes for jewelry and a variety of other sizes boxes for clothes or large bundle orders.
