Hello, I’m sorry you didn’t receive your order but that is in no way my fault. Once I ship the item with the label provided to me by Poshmark it has to be delivered by the post office. I would suggest contacting Poshmark so that they can look into this for you and issue you a refund. Rating the seller with 1 star for something that’s out of her/his control is damaging to the seller and doesn’t in any way help the situation.

@gigioscloset hi it forced a rating when asking to accept an order I never received so that is why. I didn’t know it was reflecting on you. I’ll change it.. But I still haven’t gotten my order. I notified Poshmark but no one has reached out.

@brigisms I’m sorry to hear that no one has gotten back to you, please continue to email them about it, they have a special department that deals with lost packages and will definitely help you. They sometimes take a while to respond but when they do they are very helpful.
