express24trans @bklynjade this is truly upsetting since I really wanted that dress. I don’t think it makes sense to reserve stuff and leave it up for sale. It should be marked sold if you’re so sure the other person will buy. I had a valid contract with you and paid you. The other dress is not an option for me.

bklynjade express24trans I completely understand and again, I apologize. This item was an agreed upon reservation due to a customer issue with a previous order and something I rarely do. Unfortunately I couldn't mark it "not for sale" because she would have been unable to purchase. Hence the Reserved description.
