brigitte8621 @tgoldnred Another woman asked me to hold the necklace for her not long before you tried to buy it. I contacted customer support and they said to do what I thought best. I chose to keep my word to the first woman. I wholeheartedly apologize. If she fails to purchase it I will resend the same discounted price option.
