I’m sorry u felt they weren’t cleanly enough for you ... I just had back surgery an was in hospital so i didn’t want your order sitting round so my daughter. Shipped them out but my items are always spot on mint condition so I’m surprised ...but again I’m sorry you had this problem ... I hope you enjoy the shoes
