msdccloset Hi, I hope this message finds you well! I was just reviewing my sales balance and noticed that the Lands End coat you purchased has not cleared. It was shipped in Aug 23, right after you purchased it... usps is in possession of the item. I have contacted usps on line and filed a missing item.

msdccloset Hi, I just contacted posh via email and asked them to give you a full refund for the Lands’s End coat that was purchased. As you can see from the tracking, the item is USPS possession with no updates, the item has been lost. I filed a lost item claim with USPS and requested Posh to cancel the order and provide you a full refund. My apologies this happened, this was the first time I’ve ever experienced a lost item with USPS. Have a wonderful weekend!
