amynigro I shipped your Anthro pillow yesterday. It just needs to scan. I found a large square box and had to fold it kind of in half. It should be fine. It weighed just under 8lbs. So thank goodness no crazy extra shipping charges. I sure hope you love it as much as I do. It’s super fun! Hope you’re having a great week!🤗

amynigro Idk what to even say at this point. I checked w USPS app to get more detailed info. It says it left Cincinnati. I’m from a suburb of Cincinnati. And that it is in transit to the next location. I will try calling to open a case w them so they can find out where your pillow is. I feel so badly that this is happening. amynigro @bshawkins I went to USPS website. It just says delayed but still in transit. I called and the wait time was 36 minutes so I opted for a return call from the next available representative. I will have them open a case to figure out what is happening. I feel so badly for you that you ordered 2 weeks ago and I feel badly for myself that I could use the money. But I’m sure it will all work out. I purchased an Anthro pillow on posh and I received it 14 days after the seller shipped it.

amynigro @bshawkins it’s ok! I found it on the email w the label. They gave me a case number and they will call me after they investigate. They said it left Cincinnati and is en route to the next hub but they don’t know why it is so delayed. Hopefully they will call today and we can find out when you will receive it. I am so sorry they messed up so badly on your package. It’s been 14 days since I shipped!

amynigro The pillow is still delayed. I don’t even know what to do. I got an email from USPS about the case I opened and it said the package is still en route and will eventually be delivered. Then it said case resolved. What a joke! I feel so terrible that it has been like 19 days since I shipped. I hope it arrives soon. I will keep checking.

My self worth, But we have 3 beautiful babies together.
