mcintire913 @thegrabells hey there! I am having a problem...I’ve contacted Poshmark and haven’t had any help. Maybe you could help. First let me start by saying that I make it a point to inspect all inventory before I post and if any flaws defects are found I make sure to disclose that information in the listing along with pictures. I sent out an item someone purchased! Everything looked perfect..no holes, picks, tears....

mcintire913 @thegrabells I received a notification stating that the item was not as described and in their words ‘small hole, not noticeable from afar‘ and to my amaze she provided an ‘afar’ picture of this ‘hole’. Poshmark approves the return and when it arrives it is a GAPING hole that she TRIED to sew back.....took pictures-filled out 5 return reports and there is no case even open!? Having someone do this is unprofessional and not how I conduct business. Any ideas?

feelingthrifty @mcintire913 oh my gosh...I’m so sorry this happened. I would keep trying to contact PM and make sure to send pictures of what the item looks like now. That’s horrible! PM is slow in getting back to you but they do get back eventually. I wish I had some other ideas and could be more help. Best of luck and please keep me posted as to what happens.
