heatherneman Can you please pick up the returned purse? I shipped it back the day the case was resolved. I have just want my money released this is turning into so much longer than it needs to be? This was suppose to be a mother’s day present and it’s turned into a huge ordeal so just waiting to get my money back and it’s very frustrating to see it’s been at the same spot for almost two days .... I don’t know what was going on... or if it wasn’t picked up, I just don’t want to get it shipped back to me ... that’s my concern

You will get funds released no matter what but I am not going to be getting funds or purse back so I’m sure you could care less .

You wanted your money back before we even shipped the purse. With that sad fake story you told. PLEASE!!! And I have no proof that you even shipped it. heatherneman @abelconsign girl the purse has nasty ass hair in it that was stuck to the fabric .... you really think your customers don’t care about the inside ? Did you not see the pics ? The reason they allowed the return is pretty evident they don’t allow returns unless they agree it was misrepresented .... I would of loved to keep the purse .... I can work with a lot of things and the price was good but the inside was not something I was expecting...
