hoops_mccann I was excited to receive the red north face sweat shirt but there is a faint dark spot on the middle/bottom that wasn’t in the pictures. Hoping a wash will get it out.

britneysheehan @hoops_mccann I’m so sorry! ☹️ I would’ve never shipped it out without notifying you first if I noticed. All items are stored in storage containers after they are put on my page so I’m not sure how that happened. If it doesn’t come out in the wash, let me know and I’ll try to make it right. Again, very sorry. Never my intention to ship anything that isn’t 100%.
