cuteshoes509 Good morning- I’m not sure how you are going to resolve this but I need your help. I don’t want that dress sent to me. I want a refund back to me and the dress back to you. cuteshoes509 @britbiscan hi- so the email to me from PM said they wouldn’t honor a return based on switched or late merchandise. The only way to return to you is that I reposh it and you rebuy it with a monetary loss for both of us. Does that make sense to you? Meaning is that clear? I was surprised.
