bwonderland1 @b_amber_rose thanks so much! I lost weight counting calories w/my fitness pal, I also do cardio(jog or elliptical) for 30 min 3 times a week and do yoga 3 times a week. Yoga has really helped with toning :) probably the biggest diet change I made was making the effort to get enough protein and fiber everyday and reduce my sugar/carb intake. I eat a lot of fish, beans, and Greek yogurt to help with that :) good luck with your weight loss! 💪🏼💃🏼
