newyork222 I bet! Maybe you can answer a question for me. I was doing stability ball + weights, which I love, but then realized I really needed more cardio...so I fixed that and finally started dropping the extra 10 I'd been trying to lose. But, my my arms got bulky and I just want lean & toned. Should I do less weight & more reps?
