@shawbrittany71 Hi. The Boots were sent to another buyer. She did receive them. She and I have been communicating and I just as finally able to send her YOUR address label and tracking information. She will be proceeding to ship them to YOU hopefully today or tomorrow and will email me the receipt for tracking. Again I am sorry for this inconvenience.

@shawbrittany71 UPS's tracking notification emailed that it was on its way to its final destination-should be you. yes, you have been very patient and I do appreciate that. I truly am sorry I got the label mismatched which caused this delay. Please let me know when it does arrive. It WAS all packaged nicely inside hopefully the other person did not open it.

@momsbusiness4me Yes, I understand what happened but I will need to purchase a pair of boots for my daughter as it’s very cold and snowy here. I have waited nearly 30 days for this mishap to be corrected. I would like a refund so I can purchase my toddler winter boots at the store.

Sadly you would have gotten them quicker if not for the reduction in postal assistance due to this pandamic. I will see what the support team can do for you.

@momsbusiness4me Thank you. The boots still have not arrived and I bought my daughter a pair yesterday. I was hopeful they would come but with no tracking information I don’t know if they ever will. I will certainly let you know if they do and I’m happy to send them back to you. Thank you for the refund, I’ll be looking for it.

unfortunately the services are 60 percent with employee help which is making deliveries fall WAY behind
You can keep those boots even with the refund. If you need another pair I will send you a new job name brand that are extras here at no cost and a discount shipping

Hi! I do not know what is going on with the boot tracking system. I just checked to where they are. Unless I am reading the tracking nap incorrectly it looks like they are headed back to me!!(?) I really do feel terrible about this mix up and am very confused as to how- if they are-they could be in my town and not yours.

I received an email from the support that they were refunding the full amount to you and myself as apparently the package has been determined lost. 🤷
I have no idea what happened to the package. I myself have not recieved a refund either.
