brittnieder @ehbusby excuse me but this is SO disrespectful. I bought these shoes at a Sun and Ski so if Chaco ‘claims’ they aren’t theirs that is not my problem. Please do not go assuming the worst in people and writing all over their posts!!

ehbusby @brittnieder (1/4) I don't know if you necessarily sold counterfeits on purpose, and I never said you did. It's totally possible that you got screwed in the first place too. But what am I supposed to do? Put yourself in my (counterfeit) shoes for a second. I trusted you and this website and ended up getting fake shoes that are broken now.

ehbusby (2/4) I literally can't do anything to fix the situation or get my money back. I want to help other people so they won't make the same mistake I did - because even if you didn't know they were counterfeits, your mistake ended up hurting someone else. I'm not someone who has a lot of money and the only reason I bought slightly more expensive shoes was because I thought I was making a long term investment. So what do I do after being screwed over? I look for a place to leave a seller review...

ehbusby (3/4) to help other people make wise choices. But apparently Poshmark doesn't really do that. So I look for the next best thing: comments. I am not being disrespectful; I am being a responsible consumer. I am not complaining about a problem that is "not yours"; you are the one who sold the counterfeit shoes. I am not assuming the worst in you; I'm literally just stating the fact that you sold me fake shoes - I never suggested that you did so intentionally or maliciously.

brittnieder @ehbusby I understand being upset...but you literally told everyone ‘ Don’t buy from this seller’ like really?? This is not something that I did wrong so don’t screw up my potential sales with your issue that is out of my hands. This post was personal, you made it personal when you posted on my individual listing AND my profile page. If you had an issue with Poshmark and their policies then you should contact them directly. Everyone takes a risk with ANY product they buy. Don’t blame the seller.
