balanamonclus Hi! I am sorry you were unhappy with your purchase from me. There were no scuffs that were not mentioned in the original listing when you purchased. However, when I received the bag back tonight there was a new large scuff across the front. You also did not return the duster bag that was originally sent with the purse. If you wanted to purchase just the duster bag I would have sold that to you :)
