jessicaumidi hi <3 im very sorry you were disappointed with your purchase :/ i can guarantee that the brush hasnt been used since the photos were taken and the any extra fraying mightve happened in shipping :( and if so i am so sorry. i tried to package it in a way that it would not get frayed </3 but i guess i didnt do a very good job.
