kim51985 Hi there. Are you able to provide more feedback on what you're seeing about item cleanliness? The shirt you purchased was was freshley laundered, hung dry, and steam cleaned so I'm a little confused as to what you're seeing. I use natural detergent, I do not use fabric softener in my house, and I hand try everything.
