beautyshop425 @britthom2001 there are no defect on the straps it’s from the lighting in the camera the purse is a vernis shiny material so any flash or reflection from the camera will photograph weird. fea_stefs @britthom2001 the bag came as it is I did add the handles witch were pictured I only took them off so that it would fit nicely in the dustbag and no this bag did not come with a crossbody strap But since the handles come off you could prob add a nice one and the reciept was inside the pocket inside idk if posh kept it or took it out I’m assuming that and the inspection of the purse they knew it was authentic 😣sorry girl there’s not much I ca do as I sent it

fea_stefs @britthom2001 🤦🏻‍♀️ idk why they did that but I put it it to keep its shape since over time if you don’t stuff them they loose the shape or starts cracking also idk if you own Lv but don’t keep it covered for a long time as that will also crack and dry the canvas but yes in great condition and still has its shape it looks new except for that scuff I showed you in pictures well I’m glad you loved it hope you enjoy 💕
