smallestapology Hi Brittany! I am so sorry for the shipping delay on your ASOS dress. I can assure you I dropped this off to ship yesterday - but it hasn't scanned yet for some reason! 🤦🏻‍♀️ If I don't see an update Tuesday (after the holiday) I will call them. Again - sincere apologies!!!

ech12 Hi @bjohnson080390. I just saw your note regarding the postage issue. Apologies for the issue. I’d be happy to reimburse you. I was not aware that not all the boxes from USPS can be used. Is there a way to resolve this via Poshmark (I’m a newer seller)?

bjohnson080390 @ech12 yes! I emailed poshmark and they indicated I could accept the package and pay the postage due fee and they would reimburse me via my account!

ech12 @bjohnson080390 gotcha, glad Poshmark is helping. Did they point you to resources that indicate what packages CANT be used? I’d hate for someone else I ship to having the same issue. I did use a USPS box, right?

bjohnson080390 @ech12 the blue Usps are express boxes and cannot be used. They just want us to use the red ones!
