jsinch Omgosh I mailed your package today but just realized I included the wrong jacket. I sent the 10/12 Patagonia. Will you please let me know when you receive it so I can straighten this out? I’m so sorry!!

bavante91 @jsinch hey so I have been dealing with a pretty sick kid the last couple of days she has been back and fourth to the hospital. I was unable to get it shipped, but if I get it shipped out for sure tomorrow morning will that be ok? So sorry. It has been a really long week.

bavante91 @jsinch actually I should have researched some more they never refunded me the $46.49 that I originally paid. Did you accept the package? Or did they process it as an exchange?

jsinch @bavante91 the email I received stated the refund was processed. There’s nothing left to do on my end. There’s no option to accept.

bavante91 @jhowe68 I may have to issue a refund of some sorts (not sure how to do that) I just called the usps here in town that I took your package too and no one can reconcile the package. They are not sure where the package is and shipping is still not tracking for them. 😳

bavante91 @jhowe68 The post office contacted me to let me know that they did recover my package and it had gotten lost in the shuffle. They are actually returning the package to me as apparently it is in the wrong box so maybe that was a part of the problem although the cashier did not say anything when I dropped it off. Would you like me to still send them to you or would you like me to contact poshmark and issue a refund?
