thegreatergood @brittanymkrisel Thank you for responding👏🏻No worries they often take a bit to get back to you. When you receive the large square boot box click on your purchase to send back I will approve and they will email a label to you. (Did you receive my text about please not opening so I don’t have to re-gift wrap?) You can use scissors to cut the top of the label sleeve on the boot box and place the new label inside and tape closed. Hoping your day is a great one‼️🌻

thegreatergood @brittanymkrisel so sorry I have never had this issue so I wasn’t aware of their policy. If you would like to reposh please use my photos. If you keep them I recommend inserting one or two dr scholls gel inserts. It will allow you to wear them and fell as if you are walking on a cloud. I often but at least a size up due to foot neuropathy from treatment. 🙏🏻 you can make these gorgeous boots work because they would be stunning on you‼️😘
