Hey Brittany I just wanted to apologize I’m so sorry it’s no excuse but I mail a ton out every week and they are supposed to be paired together the quick dry and the lipgloss it was apart of the mermaid collection they did half a year ago... I didn’t want to out right say this on the case review but posh always makes the buyer return it and then once I see it’s been returned and in good condition I can then say I’ve gotten it we’re all good and then you’ll get your money

It’s very frustrating because all I have to do is re-print a label (i’ve been selling on posh for close to seven years now and have done this 100 times... so while the tracking will be the same you can expect in two days) if this ever happens again(though it rarely happens with me) just let me know

because you have three days to Approve of your order so I can send out current order the same day you get it see somethings wrong and if in two days (which posh swears by your always get your package 2 days after it was mailed) let’s Say I didn’t send it and I am a liar a terrible poser/ person then you can still have time to open a case against me...

But when you open an case (which I completely understand why you did just if this happens again with a very popular seller who obviously sells a lot and has a good reputation maybe tell her first before posh) bc they never really seem to listen they just go with the status quo meaning you’ll get your money back in a few days of if we are lucky...

I’m happy to let you keep that current lipstick and to send you the correct holographic lipgloss (along with a mini mascara of bad gal lash bang by benefit for The inconvenience...a retail value for the quick dry lipstick and the mascara is close to $40) like I said they actually pair beautifully together they were created to be a set.

But they came from Ulta my aunt is a buyer for the Ulta company that’s how I get my make up at great prices so if you did not like the quick dry or the mascara you can always return it for store credit as an unwanted gift which is true.

Anyways the only way posh is going to drop this case is if we both agree to let you keep the quick dry lippy that we wish to close the case that we’ve handled it between us. I completely understand if you do not trust that scenario but I have a great reputation this is as serious to me as a side job I mail out a lot so this does happen and I’ve never let a buyer down since you are a first time buyer I will get if you’re not comfortable with that

I only make $7off the sale so it’s not going to break my bank LOL but I want to keep my buyers happy you are in safe hands I pride myself on this and regardless if you’re comfortable going this route or not I just want you to know I’m sorry and I understand either way

Great thank you so much for understanding and giving me the opportunity to make this up to you seriously will be lucky if posh even lets us drop the case(The resolutions are insane) in order for us to have a chance of being ALLOWED to processed without them you’re going to need to leave another comment under the case review

and as the buyer who open the case you’ll have to be pretty firm and say ‘something along the lines of I have discussed this with the seller we have come up with a private solution that i am happy with then you deff have to say ‘I no longer wish to pursue any case against this order I want to drop this case I am satisfied’

It’s crazy because even then we still only have a 50-50 chance of them letting us pursue things our own way it’s so frustrating but if they do allow us to do it this way then I will have it shipped out first thing Monday morning thank you for taking me at my word that’s very sweet of youl I take this very seriously and the happiness of my buyers is very important to me I truly appreciate you give me an opportunity to prove to that posh can deff be crazy but there are good sellers out there

Posh is great but their case policies are so weird you’d think they would just simply allow us go about it the way we wish to but even doing this there’s a good chance they still won’t let us idk why they haven’t found a way to let buyers who shipped a missing or wrong item the correct item

@dahlface530 please thank you I didn’t want you to have to go through the annoying process plus I feel bad my goal is to always make sure my buyers have a great easy experience and this way I can make it up to you by getting it out to you faster and adding some freebies! And you didn’t get me in trouble I just want it you to avoid the very annoying process of having to go to the post office to ship it back then waiting for a refund to re-purchase it etc. etc.
