daleasd Hi. I just received notice that the Vera Bradley French blue purse was shipped to me and shows as received. I can't find any way to track the package. I need to know if it was sent by FedEx USPS or regular mail? so far I have no notice that it has been received physically. thank you!

daleasd Hi just an update. want to confirm that you think it was sent by the post office versus UPS. The post from poshmark says that it was received on the 14th. it's the 16th and I haven't received it. we have a separate mailroom for UPS which is why I was double-checking. Do you have a way to track the package? thank you

daleasd Hi! sorry to bother you again but the post office wants to know what the return address was on the package? Also what did the package look like? was it one of those white plastic bags? and did it say Posh mark on it? It's's been 5 days since Poshmark noted the package as delivered. please let me know if the package has been returned to you. thank you.

blbass @daleasd hi, it was in a brown cardboard box with the regular poshmark label. According to the tracking on the app it was delivered 2 days ago - I took it to the post office 5 days ago. It was a Knoxville return address but I have not received anything returned.

daleasd thank you. every little bit of info helps. could you just guesstimate the size of the box? sorry to ask so many questions but this is a very organized electronically secured building and USPS packages go into separate lockers if they can't fit in the mailbox. (BTW The app tells me it was received on the 14th- not 2 days ago. if that's correct it gives me a little more hope!)

daleasd Hi. I wanted to let you know that this caused me a lot of stress because I was using it as a reward. FYI your label definitely has a tracking number of seen here and if you had told me it was in a Sephora box that would have made all the difference. we have a package room here and if the Sephora side of the box was sticking out I wouldn't have looked at it.

daleasd I've bothered the main office of the building and the security guards of the building. finally are regular postman came back today and I've always been very good friends with him. so luckily he offered to go look in the package room himself and of course he was able to find it.

daleasd I know I didn't spend much money on your side but really this could have been so much easier. maybe in the future you could add a column to your sales bookkeeping adding tracking number and type of box. I'm finally going to open it! I'm assuming it will be wonderful! thank you.

daleasd Hi. thank you so much for answering all my questions about the box. The size of the box really helped and the postman was able to find it. BUT I am super sensitive to smell and the whole bag smells like it's been sprayed with perfume. I checked the Sephora box but it doesn't smell in there. I've been airing the bag out for 5 days now- outside, and the sun and a breeze, and praying it with a mix of water and vinegar- that's not lessening the scent.

daleasd Something was sprayed directly on the bag. Could you kindly tell me what the scent is from? Did you spray something like febreze on it or actual perfume or? I'm running out of ideas as to how to get the scent out so any info you can give me would be great.

blbass @daleasd if you read the tag I believe you can wash Vera Bradley in the washing machine, but double check that to be safe.
